Our Parts Department has an opportunity for a Counter Sales Associate to join our team. In this position, you will sell parts to all available customers, find new opportunities for sales by seeking to understand each customer’s challenges and needs, and create valued customer relationships. Sales are completed over the counter, through the shop (Service Department), or on the phone. Creating valued customer relationships is dependent on embodying TEC Equipment’s value proposition throughout all customer interactions. Your top priority will be to create a seamless experience for our customers between the Warehouse, Parts Department, and Service Department.

The Rental Manager reports to the Region Director and is responsible for running the rental department for a location(s). The Parts Clerk provides key support to the sales team in the Parts department. The Clerk will maintain organized systems and paperwork; monitor and submit invoices, rebates and logs with correct coding; order parts and write SOR lines; assist at the front counter and in the Warehouse; and will complete projects as directed by the Parts Manager.
