This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks. We offer in-house advanced-training opportunities - we are one of only three dealer groups in North America that is certified to conduct all Mack/Volvo training up to the master tech certification within our in-house Training Centers. We cover travel costs for our technicians to attend training. We also offer a family-oriented work environment.

The Parts Clerk provides key support to the sales team in the Parts department. The Clerk will maintain organized systems and paperwork; monitor and submit invoices, rebates and logs with correct coding; order parts and write SOR lines; assist at the front counter and in the Warehouse; and will complete projects as directed by the Parts Manager. The best fit for this role is a person who is detail and task oriented and is also able to create relationships with both internal and external customers in order to contribute to TEC’s promise of being the Best Business Partner.

The Working Foreman will spend a minimum of 50% of the time working on service-related repair jobs and the remainder of their time on supervisory responsibilities. This position is responsible for performing all functions of a highly skilled technician and will also act as the supervisor and trainer for other technicians on the floor.
