We are seeking a Office Admin with strong customer service, organizational skills, and precise attention to detail. Inventory control and basic accounting experience are desired but we are willing to train the right individual. This important role serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. You will be responsible for notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals. You will also inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate department and person. This role also maintains the reception security and telecommunications systems.
This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks. We offer in-house advanced-training opportunities - we are one of only three dealer groups in North America that is certified to conduct all Mack/Volvo training up to the master tech certification within our in-house Training Centers. The Rental Manager reports to the Region Director and is responsible for running the rental department for a location(s). They are responsible for maximizing gross profit for the rental product and do so through sourcing and maintaining the rental customer base, managing controllable rental fleet expenses, and optimizing vehicle utilization.
