The Regional Sales Director – Northwest is responsible for all aspects of New Trucks Sales and department operations for Oregon & Washington. The Regional Sales Director is an industry expert with proven history leading, growing, and managing a highly driven & diverse sales team.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Primary oversight and day-to-day department manager for the Portland New Truck Department
- Supporting manager for surrounding locations, including Eugene, Medford, Redmond, Seattle, & Lacey
- Measuring and understanding the total sales opportunity throughout Oregon & Washington and setting actionable market share objectives for your region. Optimizing our selling management and salespeople.
- Providing strategy and developing a system of management for truck inventory within your region
- Partner with other TEC revenue streams (Leasing, Parts, Service, Finance, etc.) to optimize cross-selling

TEC Equipment's TEC Development division acts as a full-service development firm, from planning, to in-house architecture, to general contracting across the Western United States. The division currently manages between 5-10 active projects at various stages, ranging from $5-20M.
We are seeking a Senior Designer / Architect to lead design for multiple active commercial projects. The individual must have design-centric experience. Candidate must be self-driven, able to keep up with a fast pace of work, and able to effectively motivate internal teams.
The candidate will participate in all phases of the design process, primary focus is from initial programming / site design through to preparing construction documents. This position requires an expert understanding of design and technical aspects of projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for design and collaborative process with construction. Primary focus are commercial semi-truck dealerships, which are mixed use, consisting of offices, automotive repair bays, and industrial warehousing.
You will be the lead designer on the team. This is a good role for someone who is technically proficient and enjoys seeing their designs and intent come to fruition. Anyone with prototype management or design guideline experience is the ideal candidate. The Senior Designer will be directly responsible for exterior and interior aesthetic and space design, as well as material selections.
The Service Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering customers’ trucks for Service. If time allows, the Driver will also assist the branch’s Porter(s) with keeping the trucks and lot orderly to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience. The person in the Service Driver role must be able to embody the TEC Way in order to provide each customer with A+ customer service.

The Fleet Administrator supports TEC Leasing’s contract sales processes and company-owned asset tracking, ensuring the in-service process is completed into the ERP management system. This position utilizes TEC Leasing’s internal tools to efficiently process fleet orders starting from the completion of a new sales contract and ending with the activation of the unit into the ERP.
