Our Service Department has an excellent opportunity for an entry level Service Advisor to join our TEC team. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and our shop, utilizing skill in documentation and communication to manage work orders and facilitate the proper and timely repair of customer's equipment. A Mobile Technician diagnoses and maintains tractor operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; and keeping records. The Mobile Technician performs most duties off-site. All duties are done with a high priority on safety. The Refrigeration (Reefer) Technician is responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration units on trailers and trucks. This includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring that units operate efficiently and meet all DOT and customer standards. The Service Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Service Manager with the supervision of the technician and advisor team.
