Our Service Department has an excellent opportunity for an entry level Service Advisor to join our TEC team. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and our shop, utilizing skill in documentation and communication to manage work orders and facilitate the proper and timely repair of customer's equipment. A Mobile Technician diagnoses and maintains tractor operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; and keeping records. The Mobile Technician performs most duties off-site. All duties are done with a high priority on safety. A Mobile Technician for TEC Equipment is responsible for delivering a customer experience that ensures TEC is truly recognized as our customers’ Best Business Partner.
