Our leasing business offers full-service leasing, contract maintenance, and rentals, supported by Mack Leasing Systems, Volvo Truck Leasing Systems, and NationaLease. We are seeking a Leasing Sales Representative to help grow our business. We offer competitive base pay + attractive commission structure, including use of company car, cell phone, and laptop.
This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks. We offer in-house advanced-training opportunities - we are one of only three dealer groups in North America that is certified to conduct all Mack/Volvo training up to the master tech certification within our in-house Training Centers. We cover travel costs for our technicians to attend training. We also offer a family-oriented work environment.
The Rental Manager reports to the Region Director and is responsible for running the rental department for a location(s). They are responsible for maximizing gross profit for the rental product and do so through sourcing and maintaining the rental customer base, managing controllable rental fleet expenses, and optimizing vehicle utilization. From time to time, they work closely with the region director to manage the rental fleet by identifying aged assets for disposal and recommending additional rental equipment orders. The Working Foreman is responsible for efficiently running the daily activity on the service shop floor. They communicate many times a day with customers and technicians to build a daily workload and assign work orders to the appropriate technician. They intimately understand the technical capability of each truck technician and assign work to leverage their strengths.
