We have an opportunity for an experienced New Truck Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role will hit the ground running by taking over a territory and inheriting an extensive customer pipeline.   This role will specialize in both the Mack and Volvo product lines. You will be responsible for establishing and growing heavy duty Mack and Volvo Trucks Sales for the region; this will involve heavy collaboration and partnership with other team members and departments in the region. We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded, customer-focused individual who can successfully articulate the value proposition of TEC Equipment, Mack and Volvo products we represent.  

This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks.  We offer in-house advanced-training opportunities - we are one of only three dealer groups in North America that is certified to conduct all Mack/Volvo training up to the master tech certification within our in-house Training Centers. As a warehouse associate, your goal is to ensure the right parts to the right customers, on time. This is a physical & extremely fast-paced job – you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments and organizing and pulling heavy parts.   This is a great entry-level opportunity for an individual desiring to enter the industry, work in a team-oriented environment, and grow in this role as our business continues to grow.

The Service Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering customers’ trucks and trailers for Service in the local area. If time allows, the Driver will also assist with keeping the trucks, trailers and lot orderly to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience. The person in the Service Driver role must be able to embody the TEC Way in order to provide each customer with A+ customer service.

We have a full-time opportunity for a Lot Porter/Sales Driver to join our team. The person in this position will play a key role in enabling the rest of the team to best serve our customers. This position will be a versatile position, 70% Lot Porter and 30% Sales Driver. You will have a variety of duties with a heavy emphasis on clean up and driving. 

The Rental Manager reports to the Region Director and is responsible for running the rental department for a location(s).  They are responsible for maximizing gross profit for the rental product and do so through sourcing and maintaining the rental customer base, managing controllable rental fleet expenses, and optimizing vehicle utilization.  From time to time, they work closely with the region director to manage the rental fleet by identifying aged assets for disposal and recommending additional rental equipment orders.  They also ensure the fleet is compliant with local insurance, licensing, and fuel tax regulations and process rental billing.  The Rental Manager works very closely with Lease Sales Reps to uncover potential leads for full service lease, guaranteed maintenance, and PM+ products.   Key areas of Responsibility include: - Inside and Outside Sales Actions to secure new rental customers - Rental Utilization - Process Rental Transactions - Optimizing rates to match demand - Market and Competitor Intelligence - Rental Billing - Fuel Tax Compliance Assistance - Lead Generation for Full Service Lease, Guaranteed Maintenance, and PM+ Products. - Rental Vehicle Damage Repair Documentation and Rebills

As a delivery driver, your goal is to get the right parts to the right customers, on time. This is a physical job and you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts from the vehicle. You are a key link to our customer and your interaction and service are critical to our success. We seek candidates who have the drive to grow and develop into other positions within the company. This position does not require a CDL license. Occasional overtime as business needs is expected.

In this position, you will sell parts to all available customers, find new opportunities for sales by seeking to understand each customer’s challenges and needs, and create valued customer relationships.  Sales are completed over the counter, through the shop (Service Department), or on the phone. Creating valued customer relationships is dependent on embodying TEC Equipment’s value proposition throughout all customer interactions. Your top priority will be to create a seamless experience for our customers between the Warehouse, Parts Department, and Service Department.
