This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks.  We offer in-house advanced-training opportunities - we are one of only three dealer groups in North America that is certified to conduct all Mack/Volvo training up to the master tech certification within our in house Training Centers. We cover travel costs for our technicians to attend training. We also offer a family-oriented work environment.

As a delivery driver, your goal is to get the right parts to the right customers, on time. This is a physical job and you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts from the vehicle. You are a key link to our customer and your interaction and service are critical to our success. We seek candidates who have the drive to grow and develop into other positions within the company. This position does not require a CDL license. Occasional overtime as business needs is expected.

Our Parts Department has an opportunity for a Counter Sales Associate to join our team. In this position, you will sell parts to all available customers, find new opportunities for sales by seeking to understand each customer’s challenges and needs, and create valued customer relationships.  Sales are completed over the counter, through the shop (Service Department), or on the phone. Creating valued customer relationships is dependent on embodying TEC Equipment’s value proposition throughout all customer interactions. Your top priority will be to create a seamless experience for our customers between the Warehouse, Parts Department, and Service Department.

The Body Shop Estimator is responsible for establishing and maintaining new customers, as well as current customer accounts. This position is responsible for all aspects of account management including soliciting service, body shop business, and any additional business from assigned accounts.

We are seeking a Office Admin with strong customer service, organizational skills, and precise attention to detail. Inventory control and basic accounting experience are desired but we are willing to train the right individual. This important role serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. You will be responsible for notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals. You will also inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate department and person. This role also maintains the reception security and telecommunications systems.
