As a delivery driver, your goal is to get the right parts to the right customers, on time. This is a physical job and you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts from the vehicle. You are a key link to our customer and your interaction and service are critical to our success. We seek candidates who have the drive to grow and develop into other positions within the company. This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks. We offer in-house advanced-training opportunities - we are one of only three dealer groups in North America that is certified to conduct all Mack/Volvo training up to the master tech certification within our in house Training Centers. The Parts Clerk provides key support to the sales team in the Parts department. The Clerk will maintain organized systems and paperwork; monitor and submit invoices, rebates and logs with correct coding; order parts and write SOR lines; assist at the front counter and in the Warehouse; and will complete projects as directed by the Parts Manager.
