The FP&A team’s goal is to deliver accurate and high-quality information and analysis to Operations in order to drive better business results. The Sr. FP&A Analyst provides business and financial support to TEC Equipment’s management team through managing the annual budget process, improving data consistency and integrity, development of operational KPIs and associated reporting, and creating analytical tools to support better decision-making. The candidate will be comfortable performing complex duties requiring advanced professional experience, leadership skills, knowledge, and a high level of competency in finance best practices.
This is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with senior management and other key internal stakeholders. The Sr. FP&A Analyst will be expected to be a highly driven, solution focused individual that can work well with internal partners at all levels. The candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, changes in direction and priorities, and demonstrate the ability to perform in a frequently changing environment.
