The Lease Manager drives profit and growth for all aspects of the leasing business in their assigned area of responsibility (AOR) and is responsible for adding the fleet & people needed to maximize local market share. They are responsible for the bottom line profit of the leasing business and actively manage day-to-day operations of their facilities.
As a field operations position, this person is an expert at managing and mobilizing teams to meet and exceed defined goals. They are responsible for all aspects of the leasing business including sales, service department operations, admin, rental, and used truck sales. This person makes data driven decisions using the latest tools available from corporate in conjunction with personally developed tools to analyze each area of the business.
The Lease Manager is responsible for aligning local operations with the business model including; the org chart, job roles and responsibilities, revenue mix and profit model, access to key resources, and process standardization.
The Lease Manager acts as a steward of TEC’s company values: Teamwork, Entrepreneurship, and Customer Focus; and ensure every member of the Service team is delivering a customer experience that ensures TEC Equipment continues to be recognized by customers as their Best Business Partner.
