The Back Parts Counter Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Parts Manager with overseeing the location’s parts back counter and sales activities, while ensuring the team is consistently performing in a highly efficient, profitable, and safe manner.
The person in this position will be expected to role model TEC’s company values: Teamwork, Entrepreneurship, and Customer Focus; and ensure every member of the team is delivering a customer experience that ensures TEC Equipment continues to be recognized by customers as their Best Business Partner.
This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks. We offer in-house advanced-training opportunities - we are one of only three dealer groups in North America that is certified to conduct all Mack/Volvo training up to the master tech certification within our in-house Training Centers. The Category Manager actively manages the strategic supplier relationship, leveraging input from buyers, parts managers and other stakeholders.
