Our Service Department has an excellent opportunity for an entry level Service Advisor to join our TEC team. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and our shop, utilizing skill in documentation and communication to manage work orders and facilitate the proper and timely repair of customer's equipment. The Rental Manager reports to the Region Director and is responsible for running the rental department for a location(s).  They are responsible for maximizing gross profit for the rental product and do so through sourcing and maintaining the rental customer base, managing controllable rental fleet expenses, and optimizing vehicle utilization.  From time to time, they work closely with the region director to manage the rental fleet by identifying aged assets for disposal and recommending additional rental equipment orders.  They also ensure the fleet is compliant with local insurance, licensing, and fuel tax regulations and process rental billing.  The Rental Manager works very closely with Lease Sales Reps to uncover potential leads for full service lease, guaranteed maintenance, and PM+ products.   Key areas of Responsibility include: - Inside and Outside Sales Actions to secure new rental customers - Rental Utilization - Process Rental Transactions - Optimizing rates to match demand - Market and Competitor Intelligence - Rental Billing - Fuel Tax Compliance Assistance - Lead Generation for Full Service Lease, Guaranteed Maintenance, and PM+ Products. - Rental Vehicle Damage Repair Documentation and Rebills

Our Parts Department has an opportunity for a Counter Sales Associate to join our team. In this position, you will sell parts to all available customers, find new opportunities for sales by seeking to understand each customer’s challenges and needs, and create valued customer relationships.  Sales are completed over the counter, through the shop (Service Department), or on the phone. Creating valued customer relationships is dependent on embodying TEC Equipment’s value proposition throughout all customer interactions. Your top priority will be to create a seamless experience for our customers between the Warehouse, Parts Department, and Service Department.

The Fixed Operations Senior Training Specialist is pivotal in upholding TEC Equipment’s talent standards by delivering a thorough training curriculum at the onset of employment and as necessary throughout an employee’s time at TEC. Responsibilities encompass close collaboration with key stakeholders at both corporate and branch levels to identify areas requiring employee development. This role also involves designing tailored training paths for new hires and existing staff, along with implementing mechanics to monitor and assess employee performance post-training.

This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks.  We offer in-house advanced-training opportunities - we are one of only three dealer groups in North America that is certified to conduct all Mack/Volvo training up to the master tech certification within our in-house Training Centers. The Regional Leasing Sales Manager (RLSM) drives revenue growth for all aspects of the leasing business in their assigned area of responsibility (AOR) and is responsible for leading the sales effort to maximize market share in the region.    Key areas of responsibility include: - Work hand in hand with the Region Director to build and execute the strategic growth plan for the region. - Provide the processes and resources needed for the as to master leasing disciplines throughout the company including revenue growth, sales mix, sales database development, BEV or emerging technologies in trucking, and trucking order processes. - Support the financial performance of the leasing company by being the gatekeeper for the profit model in the sales process ensuring the sales team balances sales volume and transaction profits. - Build and optimize a org design that scales with the needs of the business and recruit, develop, and retain best-in-class talent. - Partner with other TEC revenue streams to optimize cross selling, interdepartmental collaborations, net profit, and return on facilities. - Be the gatekeeper and facilitator of best practices for the assigned departments.

The Shop Foreman (Non-Wrenching) oversees our service department’s shop floor operations, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality repairs. Responsible for supervising technicians, dispatching repair orders to technicians, managing workflow, internal/external communications on repair status, and maintaining safety standards. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional service to our customers. Strong leadership, technical expertise, teamwork, and a dedication to excellence are key for success in this position.

The Leasing Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Corporate Operations and is responsible for the PMO’s Project deliverables and is an internal business partner for the company. Deliverables are assigned by the Director of Corporate Operations  (or Directors/ VP). The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all projects assigned to them run effectively on time, on budget and communicates appropriately.  Project Manager is the liaison with stakeholders and project team members.  When managing projects and developing solutions, the Project Manager uses structured problem solving techniques preferably through the DMAIC process, (a problem-solving approach that drives Lean Six Sigma, known as Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control.) This position improves existing and launches new processes.  The Project Manager will monitor project completeness and accuracy, as well as prepare project status reports as needed.   Key areas of Responsibility include: - Using Lean Six Sigma methodology to solve business problems - Create and deliver project charters - Lead scoping work sessions using six sigma tools (SIPOC, Affinity diagrams, etc.) - Consolidating user stories and documenting process maps - Accurately Identify failure modes/ weaknesses in a process - Build controls that ensure the new process achieves the desired outcomes - Communicate with project team and stakeholders - Resolve budget or time related issues - Maximize user adoption through change management techniques - Ensure all projects are conducted with ethics and company standards

The Corporate Service Manager (CSM) reports directly to the Director of Corporate Operations for Leasing and, as the head service shop operations, is responsible for balancing the competing goals of maximizing fleet uptime, minimizing fleet cost, and achieving best in class customer satisfaction. This position develops, monitors, and maintains a robust system of management for fleet performance and service shop operations.    The CSM works with the Director of Corporate Operations and Region Operations Managers, and Region Directors and ensures the corporate staff and field teams work cohesively to surpass service shop and fleet performance benchmarks. They are the resident expert in service shop processes, maintenance and repair practices for all products rented / leased, fleet cost management practices, safety and facility upkeep, and customer satisfaction drivers.
