A Mobile Service Technician diagnoses and maintains heavy duty vehicle operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; and keeping records. The Mobile Service Technician performs most duties off-site. As a delivery driver, your goal is to get the right parts to the right customers, on time. This is a physical job and you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts from the vehicle. You are a key link to our customer and your interaction and service are critical to our success. We seek candidates who have the drive to grow and develop into other positions within the company. This position does not require a CDL license. Occasional overtime as business needs is expected.

The Service Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering customers’ trucks for Service. If time allows, the Driver will also assist with keeping the trucks and lot orderly to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience. The Warranty Administrator plans, organizes, and processes warranty claims for the branch’s Service Department to ensure timely and accurate filing and optimal return of warranty monies. The person in this role acts as a liaison between the dealership and all OEMs and vendors with whom the dealership provides authorized warranty services.

We have an opportunity for an experienced New Truck Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role will hit the ground running by taking over a territory and inheriting an extensive customer pipeline.   This role will specialize in both the Mack and Volvo product lines. You will be responsible for establishing and growing heavy duty Mack and Volvo Trucks Sales for the region; this will involve heavy collaboration and partnership with other team members and departments in the region. We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded, customer-focused individual who can successfully articulate the value proposition of TEC Equipment, Mack and Volvo products we represent.

The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and our shop, utilizing skill in documentation and communication to manage work orders and facilitate the proper and timely repair of customer's equipment. The Rental Manager reports to the Region Director and is responsible for running the rental department for a location(s).  They are responsible for maximizing gross profit for the rental product and do so through sourcing and maintaining the rental customer base, managing controllable rental fleet expenses, and optimizing vehicle utilization.  From time to time, they work closely with the region director to manage the rental fleet by identifying aged assets for disposal and recommending additional rental equipment orders.  They also ensure the fleet is compliant with local insurance, licensing, and fuel tax regulations and process rental billing.  The Rental Manager works very closely with Lease Sales Reps to uncover potential leads for full service lease, guaranteed maintenance, and PM+ products.   Key areas of Responsibility include: - Inside and Outside Sales Actions to secure new rental customers - Rental Utilization - Process Rental Transactions - Optimizing rates to match demand - Market and Competitor Intelligence - Rental Billing - Fuel Tax Compliance Assistance - Lead Generation for Full Service Lease, Guaranteed Maintenance, and PM+ Products. - Rental Vehicle Damage Repair Documentation and Rebills

Your top priority will be to create a seamless experience for our customers between the Warehouse, Parts Department, and Service Department.

The Fixed Operations Senior Training Specialist is pivotal in upholding TEC Equipment’s talent standards by delivering a thorough training curriculum at the onset of employment and as necessary throughout an employee’s time at TEC. Responsibilities encompass close collaboration with key stakeholders at both corporate and branch levels to identify areas requiring employee development. This role also involves designing tailored training paths for new hires and existing staff, along with implementing mechanics to monitor and assess employee performance post-training.

The Regional Leasing Sales Manager (RLSM) drives revenue growth for all aspects of the leasing business in their assigned area of responsibility (AOR) and is responsible for leading the sales effort to maximize market share in the region.    Key areas of responsibility include: - Work hand in hand with the Region Director to build and execute the strategic growth plan for the region. - Provide the processes and resources needed for the as to master leasing disciplines throughout the company including revenue growth, sales mix, sales database development, BEV or emerging technologies in trucking, and trucking order processes. - Support the financial performance of the leasing company by being the gatekeeper for the profit model in the sales process ensuring the sales team balances sales volume and transaction profits. - Build and optimize a org design that scales with the needs of the business and recruit, develop, and retain best-in-class talent. - Partner with other TEC revenue streams to optimize cross selling, interdepartmental collaborations, net profit, and return on facilities. - Be the gatekeeper and facilitator of best practices for the assigned departments.
