The Parts Clerk provides key support to the sales team in the Parts department. The Clerk will maintain organized systems and paperwork; monitor and submit invoices, rebates and logs with correct coding; order parts and write SOR lines; assist at the front counter and in the Warehouse; and will complete projects as directed by the Parts Manager. The Service Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering customers’ trucks for Service. If time allows, the Driver will also assist the branch’s Porter(s) with keeping the trucks and lot orderly to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience.
